A Gateway 502 Bad error is generally an error between different network servers on the Internet. This error is not necessarily on your computer, but it may be that there is something malfunctioning in your settings. Here are a few changes you can apply to your computer to solve the issue:
1. Refresh the internet page. Click on the ‘Reload the page’ button or F5 on your keyboard.
2. Delete your cache and cookies in your internet browser. Press 'Ctrl + Shift + Del' to delete the temporary internet files (clear the browsing data).
3. Restart your computer.
4. Restart the modem. Sometimes a 502 error is caused by the way your computer connects to the Internet, especially if you get the message on more than one page.
