Job purpose
Establish and manage the Nordics team and to expand our newly acquired consumer brand, Onskefoto into the leading Scandinavian Photo Product company..
The team and position in the organization
You will work autonomously from Sweden, but will be working closely together with the Sales & Marketing team (acquisition & retention) based in Sweden and Amsterdam and you will travel frequently to Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the budget and turnover including profit and growth of our consumer business in the Nordics
• Develop external partnerships (online and offline) to promote our consumer brand in the Nordics
• Be the point of contact for new and existing partners and manage the whole workflow incl. campaign planning, execution and reporting
• Manage overall financial performance of the Nordics region
• Work together with all internal departments to ensure timely product introductions in the Nordics
• Be responsible for maintaining the Nordics websites and editors
• Ensure the quality of all Nordic Albelli products
• Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies in the Nordics (SEO, PR, POS, etc.)
• Report back to the Marketing & Sales Director Albelli regularly
• Identify new trends in the photo book business in the Nordics and take actions accordingly

Profile of the ideal candidate
• Native Swedish speaker
• Bachelor or University degree in a business related field
• 6+ years experience in sales and consumer marketing, retail, e-commerce and business development in the Nordics
• Experience with online marketing and online products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and Danish is a plus
• Excellence in working with MS Office
• An extensive network in Sweden and other Nordic countries is a pre
• Is willing to work autonomously from Sweden
